There’s a quiet shift happening right now—one that many of us can feel, even if we can’t fully explain it.

It’s the sense that life is asking us to trust something we can’t see.

To step forward without a map.

To loosen our grip on control.

Many of us are entering a phase where we are being invited to trust the unknown, the unseen. And at its core, this is humanity learning how to trust God again—not as a concept, but as a living, guiding presence.

When Something Bigger Starts Moving You

You may notice it as a subtle pull.

A feeling that something larger than you is guiding your steps.

You don’t always see it.

You don’t always hear it.

You often can’t explain it.

Yet something inside you knows: I’m being moved.

This is the light of who you are.

The light you came from.

The same light designed to lead you.

Even when logic has no answers, this inner knowing begins to awaken—more and more people are feeling it come online. It’s unfamiliar, sometimes uncomfortable, because it asks you to walk forward without guarantees.

Letting Go of Resistance

What often makes this phase difficult isn’t the path itself—it’s the resistance to it.

We resist because we believe we know better.

Because we’re afraid of where surrender might take us.

Because control feels safer than faith.

Yet the invitation is simple, even if it’s not easy:

Let go.

Stop fighting the direction you’re being led.

Trust that something greater sees what you cannot.

This is where faith begins to replace fear.

Faith begins to soften doubt.

What Faith Really Means

Faith doesn’t mean everything feels good.

It doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes easy.

And it certainly doesn’t mean pain disappears.

Faith means trusting that there are no mistakes in what is unfolding right now.

No matter how confusing.

No matter how painful.

No matter how uncertain.

Faith is knowing that you are being led—into experiences, versions of yourself, and states of being you could never reach through effort alone.

One day, you will look back and think:

How did I get here?

And the answer will be clear:

God got me here—not me.

The New Way of Living

This is a new way humanity is learning to live.

A way that allows:

• Not knowing where you’re going

• Doubting where you currently are

• Feeling fear when the next step isn’t visible

None of this means you’re failing.

It means you’re listening.

It means life is asking you to relax.

To release control.

To take the hand that’s being offered.

A Practice for the Day

When your mind spirals or fear arises, gently return to this reminder:

Something bigger than me is guiding me.

Something bigger than me is guiding me.

Something bigger than me is guiding me.

Let it become a quiet mantra.

A grounding truth.

Have faith—not blind faith, but a deep inner knowing—that you are being led to the next highest version of yourself.

And trust this:

It’s going to wow you.

The Capricorn Solstice on December 21, 2025, marks a powerful turning point. This moment influences not only the seasonal cycle but also how we relate to responsibility, structure, and purpose in our lives.

This article draws inspiration from teachings shared by Pam Gregory, a renowned astrologer and spiritual teacher. She is known for her work on planetary cycles, collective awakening, and conscious evolution. Pam emphasizes that this Solstice is not a fleeting moment. Instead, it serves as an energetic gateway that influences the months that follow.

The Solstice as a Threshold

The Solstice is the moment when darkness gives way to returning light. Energetically, it represents rebirth—not through force or urgency, but through stillness and deep listening.

Pam Gregory explains that this Capricorn Solstice invites us to pause and reassess the foundations of our lives. Consider these questions:

  • How do we live?

  • What do we commit our energy to?

  • Which structures truly support our well-being—and which no longer do?

Rather than dramatic shifts, this Solstice supports slow, embodied transformation that can sustain us long-term.

Capricorn Energy: Redefined

Traditionally, Capricorn is associated with discipline, authority, and responsibility. Pam Gregory highlights that in this era, Capricorn energy is being reclaimed and redefined.

We are moving:

  • From external authority toward inner authority

  • From rigid systems toward aligned, conscious structures

  • From survival-based ambition toward soul-led responsibility

This Solstice asks us to take responsibility not for how things look, but for how they feel in our bodies and nervous systems. True Capricorn wisdom now lies in integrity, presence, and grounded leadership—beginning within.

The Role of the New Moon: Intentional Beginnings

The lunar influence surrounding this period carries a New Moon quality, making it a potent time for intention setting. However, this is not in the usual “goal-driven” sense.

Pam Gregory encourages intentions that are:

  • Realistic

  • Sustainable

  • Rooted in daily life

Instead of asking, “What do I want to achieve?”, this Solstice invites a deeper question:

“What am I ready to commit to living—every day?”

Intentions seeded now are meant to be nurtured slowly, through ritual, consistency, and care.

How to Work Consciously with the Capricorn Solstice Energy

Pam Gregory emphasizes conscious participation—meeting the energy with presence rather than passivity.

Supportive Practices Include:

  • Meditation and contemplative stillness

  • Journaling and reflective writing

  • Time in nature, especially mountains, stones, and earth elements

  • Gentle yoga, breathwork, or sound healing

  • Releasing obligations or roles that feel heavy or misaligned

This is not a time for overexertion. It is a time for listening deeply to what wants to be built—and what is ready to dissolve.

A Question to Sit With

Pam offers a simple but profound inquiry for this Solstice:

“What am I willing to take responsibility for—from a place of soul, not pressure?”

What you choose to commit to now sets the tone for the coming season.

The Collective Dimension

According to Pam Gregory, personal alignment during this Solstice has a collective impact. As old systems based on fear and control continue to fall away, each individual who chooses authenticity, grounding, and integrity contributes to a more stable collective field.

This Solstice invites us to become anchors of calm and coherence in a changing world.

The Importance of Community

In these transformative times, community plays a vital role. Engaging with others who share similar intentions can amplify our efforts. When we come together, we create a powerful energy that supports collective growth.

Consider forming small groups for discussions, rituals, or shared practices. This sense of belonging can enhance our individual journeys and create a ripple effect in the wider community.

Embracing Change with Grace

Change can be daunting, but it is also an opportunity for growth. The Capricorn Solstice encourages us to embrace change with grace. By grounding ourselves in our intentions, we can navigate the shifts with confidence.

Remember, it’s okay to feel uncertain. Allow yourself to sit with these feelings. They are part of the process. As we move through this Solstice, let’s honor our emotions and trust that they guide us toward our true path.

Closing Reflection

The Capricorn Solstice of 2025 is not about pushing forward into the unknown. It is about standing firmly where you are, rooted in truth, and choosing what deserves to be built with your time, energy, and presence.

Slow. Conscious. Sustainable. This is how the light returns.

As we reflect on this Solstice, let us remember the importance of nurturing our intentions and supporting one another. Together, we can create a brighter future grounded in authenticity and integrity.

There is an old story often shared in mindfulness and spiritual circles.

A young man struggled with anger.

His reactions were quick, sharp, and uncontrolled.

One day, his father gave him a bag of nails and said:

“Each time you lose your temper, hammer a nail into the fence.”

The first day, the fence filled with nails.

Over time, as the young man learned to pause, breathe, and observe his anger, fewer nails were added.

Eventually, a day came when he did not hammer even one.

Proud of himself, he told his father.

The father smiled and replied:

“Now, each day you manage to control your anger, remove one nail.”

Days passed.

The last nail was finally removed.

The fence stood again — but it was full of holes.

The father gently said:

“You did well. But the fence will never be the same.

When we speak from anger, we leave marks — even if we later apologize.”

When Truth Lacks Awareness

I used to be very sharp with my words.

I believed deeply in truth.

I still do.

But I didn’t yet understand how much damage a single word, tone, or even a look could cause.

I didn’t realize that mindful communication is not only about honesty — it is about presence.

It took me years of doing things wrong to learn that truth without awareness can become harm.

The real questions are not only what is true, but:

• When is this truth spoken?

• How is it delivered?

• To whom is it addressed?

• For what purpose is it shared?

Hurting people for the sake of “truth” holds no real value.

And hiding truth merely to preserve comfort is not the answer either.

The practice lies in balance — and in responsibility.

Anger, Awareness, and Conscious Living

In yoga and mindfulness practice, anger is not something to suppress.

It is something to observe.

Anger itself is not the wound.

The wound is what we do before awareness arrives.

Through my own emotional healing journey, I learned that unconscious reactions — not emotions themselves — are what leave lasting scars.

This understanding is central to conscious living:

slowing down enough to choose response instead of reaction.

Sound Healing and the Power of Vibration

In sound healing therapy, we learn something profound:

Every vibration leaves an imprint.

Every frequency interacts with the nervous system and emotional body.

Silence is not emptiness — it is intelligence.

Words are vibrations too.

Spoken unconsciously, they can disrupt, wound, and destabilize.

Spoken with presence, they can regulate, heal, and restore.

This is why conscious speech is a form of healing —

and why silence, when chosen wisely, can be the most compassionate response.

Right Speech: A Buddhist Teaching for Modern Life

In Buddhism, the principle of Right Speech offers a simple yet powerful guide for communication.

Before speaking, we are invited to ask:

• Is it true?

• Is it kind?

• Is it necessary?

• Is this the right moment?

If the answer is no — silence is not avoidance.

It is wisdom.

Healing through awareness often begins not with saying more, but with saying less.

Lessons I Will Carry Forward

I have learned that:

• Almost anything can be repaired more easily than a broken heart

• A fence can be patched — a wounded soul takes much longer

• A hole made in someone’s inner world is not always visible, but it is deeply felt

This understanding has reshaped how I speak, listen, and show up in relationships.

It is an ongoing practice of spiritual growth and self-awareness — not perfection.

Undina Reflection

At Undina Yoga, Sound Healing, Phsyco Somatic Therapy- mindful living practices are not escapes from life.

They are invitations to live with less harm and more love.

Healing begins the moment we realize that our energy, our words, and our tone matter.

May we speak with awareness.

May we pause before we strike.

May we leave fewer holes — in others, and in ourselves.

I pray us all to find whatever works for us to widen the seat of our awareness, where more freedom is found, more choice exists, from there it is our choice how much love, joy, abundance and full colorful living we want to sustain.. to the extent of our wildest imagination 😇🫶😃
