Service Description
We begin with centering and breathwork, move through slow, intuitive asana to open the body and release tension, and close with deep relaxation or short sound healing. Each class is tuned to the groupâs \ individual energy and supports emotional, physical, and energetic balance. Up to 2 Participants 55 Euro, 3-24 Participants 20 Euro per person.
Cancellation Policy
Your time and energy are deeply respectedâand I ask for the same in return. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, as that time was reserved just for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable; If something urgent arises, please reach outâIâll always do my best to respond with compassion and flexibility when possible. Thank you for honoring this shared space with mindfulness.
